Remove when eating or drinking

Always take them out before meals or drinking anything besides water to protect both your teeth and the grillz.

Avoid smoking

Silver is especially prone to darkening when exposed to smoke and heat, and even high-quality gold can lose its natural shine over time. Rince after each use
