Pressure Jewellers was founded in 2020 by two brothers from Cardiff, who shared a passion for custom grillz and jewellery. After developing our skills and perfecting our craft, the business officially opened for orders in 2022. We don’t have a physical shop, but we’re an online retailer based in Cardiff and ship all across the UK. As Cardiff’s leading grillz manufacturer, we craft custom sets for customers nationwide.

Yes! We can usually work around gaps, chips, or missing teeth, but every case is unique and may require extra caps or adjustments to ensure your grillz fit securely and comfortably. Missing teeth do incur an additional fee.

Yes, grillz are generally safe to wear when made properly and fitted correctly. Our grillz are custom-crafted for a precise fit, which helps prevent damage to your teeth and gums. To stay safe, avoid wearing them while eating, clean them regularly, and limit how often you wear them to reduce strain on your teeth and maintain oral health.

It’s not recommended to smoke while wearing your grillz. Smoking can cause discoloration, tarnish, and buildup on the metal, and it can also affect hygiene. To keep your grillz looking their best and lasting longer, remove them before smoking.

If your grillz break or get damaged, get in touch with us as soon as possible with clear photos. Minor issues like small bends or light surface damage can sometimes be fixed, but most major breaks are not repairable because your grillz are made to a precise fit, and even small changes can drastically affect comfort and wearability.

If a remake is needed, it would require a new order and new impressions if necessary.

No, you should not eat while wearing your grillz. Eating can damage the grillz, and cause bacteria buildup over time. Drinking is also not recommended, as liquids can affect the shine and overall hygiene of your grillz. It’s best to remove them before eating or drinking for the longest-lasting results.

Gold grillz in 10ct, 14ct, and 18ct can tarnish over time because they are not pure 24ct gold. Higher karats like 18ct tarnish the least, while 10ct may tarnish a bit faster. Any tarnish on gold grillz is usually light and can be polished back to a full shine.

Our Argentium Silver grillz are tarnish resistant, making them a lower-maintenance option compared to standard sterling silver.

As all grillz are custom-made to fit your teeth only, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your grillz, don't hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help and will work with you to make it right.

As our grillz are designed to fit securely using only the custom mould of your teeth, they shouldn’t usually need any extra grip. However, this isn’t always guaranteed. Factors like tooth shape, spacing, gum height, or the specific grillz design can affect how well they stay in.

If your grillz fit but feel loose, you can use a small amount of dental adhesive (such as Fixodent). Apply a small amount to the inside back of the grillz to help them stay in place.

Simply browse our collections and choose the grillz you like. On the product page, select your preferred metal and choose which tooth or teeth you want done. Add an impression kit to your cart from the same page, then complete your purchase. We’ll send everything you need to take perfect impressions and return them to us so we can begin crafting your custom grillz.

Orders placed before 4pm have impression kits sent the same day via Royal Mail Tracked24. Once we receive your completed kit, most grillz are finished within 3–5 days. Gold and some full silver sets require hallmarking, which takes about 3 days. Grillz are then shipped via Special Delivery before 1 pm. Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–10 business days, though shipping delays may occasionally occur.

Yes. All of our gold grillz are hallmarked. Most silver grillz don’t require a hallmark, but certain full silver sets may need one depending on the weight.

Argentium Silver is a modern sterling silver alloy that outperforms traditional sterling silver in durability, shine, and tarnish resistance. It is also hypoallergenic, making it perfect for high-quality grillz.

In the UK, 10ct gold isn’t officially recognised, so our 10ct grillz are hallmarked as 9ct (375) for legal purposes. We still use 10ct gold in our grillz because it’s slightly purer than 9ct, giving a richer colour and a smoother finish while remaining durable.

After each wear, gently clean your grillz with a soft toothbrush and mild soapy water, then dry them using the complimentary polish cloth included with every purchase.
